Engadine, NSW

Engadine is a natural, developing region in the southern end of the Sutherland Shire, around 33km from the Sydney CBD.

Engadine has a well equipped shopping centre and a large variety of sports fields, amenities and restaurants, with many properties enjoying elevated scenic bush outlooks.

From the railway station it’s only a 45 minute trip by train into the CBD, making Engadine a practical and attractive place to live for many working professionals, while its prime location means residents are only minutes from the Princes Highway and an easy drive for ‘retail therapy’ in Miranda or to the Royal National Park for idyllic scenery, bush walks and beaches.

Engadine has a number of childcare centres and reputable schools, including Engadine High School, Marton Public School and Yarrawarrah Public School, making it popular for young families to settle and grow.

Engadine offers properties in a wide variety of price points, from small traditional units and townhouses to larger brick or fibro family homes.
